View Fresh® is a Modified Atmosphere Packing Technology utilized by top fresh premium sweet cherry growers, packers and exporters around the world. Patented by the Bailey family and first implemented at the Bailey's own Orchard View Farms back in 1992, View Fresh has achieved excellent results in preserving the integrity and flavor of premium sweet cherries for up to 30-45 days post-harvest. View Fresh utilizes LPED bags combined with active MAP technology and vacuum-sealing machines to reduce the respiration rate of the cherries and keep the respiration low enough to prevent decay organisms from becoming active while at the same time allowing the cherries to respire enough to stay alive.
